A special guest-mix series where DJs are invited to create a soundtrack for tomorrow's days. Next up: Italian-born but Amsterdam-based DJ Skyfunker.
Every Mixed Feelings podcast is accompanied by a few questions that provide a little insight to the DJ and the mix they've prepared for us and for you.
Which feelings do we find bottled in this mix?
Love, joy and fun.
What message does the music you play convey?
DAAANCEEE!!
How is the mix reflecting your current music taste?
The music I played in the mix is just the music I love more.
Who should release a new album/EP already?
E.LIVE.
If the mix would be a soundtrack, what (kind of) movie/video/audio-visual content would support it best?
A series that is about nightlife style or clubbing in Milano, Italy.
What I wanted to share with this mix is my love for the Italian music productions. In the mix I played only songs made from Italian producers, some from the past and some from nowadays. The purpose is to share the ability of the Italian producers in making danceable music. Starting from worldwide famous Italo disco to the modern funk and soul of today.
